Welcome to Hotel My Home, a small budget hotel in the heart of Amsterdam.

We are the budget hotel in Amsterdam, taking care of guests from every corner of the globe since 1948. Our hotel/hostel is for guests travelling on a small budget and is centrally located in one of the city’s most diverse shopping streets, close to the colourful neighbourhood of Jordaan. The budget hotel is within walking distance (5 to 7 minutes) of Amsterdam Central Station and the centre of the red-light district. Other attractions, such as the Anne Frank House and the Noordermarkt – absolute must-sees when visiting the city – are also close-by. Our street boasts a wide range of clothes shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops for everyday essentials, such as supermarkets, as well as a pharmacy.

During the day, our Haarlemmerstraat is a cosy/lively shopping street; when night falls, it becomes relatively calm.

Our friendly, multi-lingual staff will be happy to provide you with free city maps and tourist information.

A breakfast of boiled or scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, juice, toast and spreads is included in the price.

Shower and toilet facilities are shared with other hotel guests.

The hotel reception offers an open space with a comfortable seating area, television, stereo system, and a vending machine for soft drinks.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

The reception is open from 8.30am to 11pm. If you will arrive later than 11pm, please let us know so we can take this into account. A member of staff is always present at the reception.
